Craig valued my home 10% higher than the other agent based on his comparable homes. And he was right, my listing was on the MLS on Friday evening and I had 5 offers by Monday evening. Every offer was for the listing price. His office provided great service, the photos of the house were the best, and I was completely satisfied with their attention to detail and communication. I found Ronda Haase when I sold my house a couple years ago, and worked with her again to buy this year. Ronda is very friendly and pleasant to work with, but more importantly she's smart, knows what's she's doing, can be tough but still professional, and is very responsive. I trust her to help me with decisions. I don't plan on moving again soon, but if I ever sell and buy again, I will definitely look for Ronda first. This was my first home purchase and a fixer upper. So after years of working on it from the foundation up then turning it into a rental for several years, it was time to let it go and find its new family. My husband and I interviewed several realtors. We elected to have two of them go with us on our first walk through since putting it into the hands of a property management company. Let's just say after seeing the results of years of renters, that day we knew it would take more time and work than planned before putting it on the market. Both realtors were understanding and offered suggestions, but Craig and his team took it to the next level. When they heard we now lived on the coast, they helped us find resources to take on the projects we could not do. Although we are both skilled at remodels, Turn Key helped line up the nicest handyman you could meet to help with some retrofits and he was reasonably priced! Although the house took a little longer to sell than we'd thought or hoped, Ronda, Craig, and Isaac took all the steps they could to help it along. Great pictures, a good web presence, open houses, and good follow up with buyers' realtors who showed the home. In the end we had several offers and a price we felt was fair. In addition, the team helped ensure the paperwork reflected our interests, was done effectively, and was on time, something our past realtors haven't done. All in all, my husband and I are very happy we chose TKREI and Team Tuttle and would happily recommend them to our friends. He was able to answer my questions and introduce me to experts within the local government to contractors and builders when I considered building. And then when I finally purchased a home, he helped me find subcontractors and suppliers to help with the upgrades. When decision time came, he worked all hours of the day and night, even while on vacation, to make sure I was able to view the property in a timely manner, to prepare comparative sales data for my review, and ultimately prepare a successful offer. Craig's local construction knowledge, forthright approach, and respect of my concerns made it easy for me to work with him in a trusting and professional relationship. Our house sold quickly and Craig and Rhonda were available whenever we called to go look at new homes. They made the buying and selling process easy. I highly recommend them! They helped us to purchase as well as to sell our last beloved home and to purchase our current home. We will always turn to them for our housing needs!
